The Northwest Private Industry Council (NWPIC) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) in order to select a program
provider for the delivery of Adult and Dislocated Worker Services under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and the
State of Minnesota Dislocated Worker program. This RFP is to contract with an
entity to provide Adult and Dislocated Worker services to the NWPIC for the Program Year beginning on 1 July 2012 and ending
on 30 June 2013. There is an option for two additional one year periods.
