The Northwest Private Industry Council is soliciting proposals from eligible organizations to provide audit services for the year ending June 30, 2019.
The Northwest Private Industry Council (NWPIC) is a non-profit organization which serves seven counties in Northwest Minnesota. The Northwest Private Industry Council has been determined to be exempt from Federal Income Tax under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. It is governed by a 19-member volunteer Board of Directors. Administrative offices are located at 1301 Hwy 1 East, Thief River Falls, Minnesota 56701.
The Northwest Private Industry Council is responsible for the administration of employment and training programs under Title I of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) in the Northwest Workforce Service Area. This includes Kittson, Marshall, Norman, Pennington, Polk, Red Lake, and Roseau Counties.
